RETURN POLICY

Please email info@flirtyandfit.com for all return or exchange requests.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS:

Flirty & Fit want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on www.flirtyandfit.com, you are entitled to an exchange or a credit note within 7 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:

· Proof of purchase at www.flirtyandfit.com must be provided
· All tags must be in-tact and attached
· Simply email us and we’ll get you set for your exchange.
· If items clearly do not meet the above requirements, they will be returned back to the customer, at the customer’s expense.

POSTAGE OF EXCHANGE:

Flirty & Fit does not accept responsibility of customer sent return or exchange packages; so it is advised that when shipping returns or exchanges that meet the above required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking.

PLEASE NOTE: Duty, tax and/or shipping costs incurred on an exchange order is at the customers’ expense and cannot be refunded unless deemed faulty by Flirty & Fit.

DELIVERY ADDRESS:

Please contact info@flirtyandfit.com for all return or exchange requests. Once your request has been reviewed and approved we will send you the next steps for you to return your items, including the returns address.

REFUNDS:

We take pride in our high quality production process and sometimes things can go wrong during manufacturing. Should this be the case, Flirty & Fit would be happy to offer a full refund on the item.

REFUND PAYMENTS:

Refunds will be processed in the method as the original payment within 5 business days of Flirty & Fit receiving the return parcel. Notification will be automatically sent to nominated email address at the time of this transaction.

PLEASE NOTE: Flirty & Fit cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing time frames.

EXCHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS:

Flirty & Fit offer exchanges and/or replacements that meet the required criteria subject to product availability.

· These will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and notification of this transaction will be provided to the nominated email address.
· A limit of 1 exchange per order applies, unless product deemed faulty by Flirty & Fit in which case a refund will be issued.

SALE ITEMS:

Please consider items marked as ‘final sale’ carefully as they are not eligible for refund, credit or exchange, unless they are faulty and are returned within 7 days from the date the items were delivered.
